Adopted Collective

Adopted Collective is a musical project combining the efforts of Jonah Buck and Caden Edwards to make songs that glorify the Kingdom and the King by telling our life stories in a raw and real way.

Though they have not yet recorded any of their pieces professionally, together the compositions total over eighteen pieces written for voice and instrumentation that display the fullness of the glory of God in every lyric.

Often, sanctification is a topic:

“I guess it’s time to clean, clean, clean this room in my heart
I guess it’s time to sweep, sweep, sweep the cobwebs from my soul
I guess it’s time to keep, keep, keep this life in line with His
So bust out the mop, the broom, the Word, and prayer and get to work!”

“Get to Work (I Guess It’s Time)” by Jonah Buck

Other times, trust and patience are the focus:

“Patiently, patiently, I wait for You to move Your Hand
Anxiously, anxiously, I wonder if I’ve been abandoned
But faithfully, faithfully, I trust beside me You will stand
’Cause I know, I know, I know, I know
If You will, You can”

”Sitting (If You Will, You Can)” by Jonah Buck

At any rate, the music is a work in progress. Should anything more official come of these items, the information will be here.
